my arms came up recently where I had sunburn about a month before -
but no direct correlation as the top of my arms that are hidden by the tshirt are out to some extent too. Hardly burn around the sides of my chest but it keeps coming up there.
Have found that burning can bring on "instant" p (I have still slightly flary guttate)so i have to take it easy and you never know in our climate how strong the sun will be from one day to the next  :(

The sun has always been really good for my P.  Only I have roasted (burnt) the top of my back and shoulders more times than I should, and now I notice that I have more guttate P here then anywhere else.
Anyone else found a correlation between sun damage and increased P??

As I know, the keratocytes are the "emergency"working
whenever you have troubles with your skin - cuts, burns, .. - ; the trouble is they "forget " to leave after finishing their job, and that`s how p appears...I might be wrong... :-/

Hadrian - you got it (or very close to it).  The thoery is that the immune system attacks toxins(or cuts, burns, injuries) and some how forgets to shut itself off = P, as in all autoimmune diseases just at different locations.  Along with this theory comes the success of people eliminating toxins from their bodies and boosting the immune system with immune modulators, i.e., Milk Thistle, Curcumin, Mushrooms, Quercetin, etc.
