Lots of companies sell equipment but I understand there is a clinic in Cardiff that hires them out with medical support - clear skin clinic ?

Couldn't find one to hire anywhere near here.

Have bought a 10 tube Philips sunbed off eBay and ordered 10 UVB tubes from Hybec (gulp, put them on the plastic as I need them now not when I'd saved up for them!)

The existing tubes are Philips 6ft 100w, as are the new ones so I'm hopeful the swap over will be straightforward.

And of course it's not simple - why could it not be  :-[

The TL01 tubes have different ends to the bi-pin holders with starters in my sunbed. Sigh.

Does anyone know the answers to any of the questions below please? I've emailed Hybec too.

Are the TL01 tubes available with bi-pin ends? This would be the easiest solution I think.
If not, what holders do the TL01 tubes need? Are there converters available?
My heart sinks a bit at the thought of rewiring 20 holders but if that's what it takes to make this work.....
If I change the holders do I also need to change the starters?

Ok, Wikipedia to the rescue. It seems the ends on the tubes I've got remove with one's trusty penknife to reveal normal bi-pin ends. Off to try.
