Heidi

Thanx babe,

I am eating fresh fish, tinned sardines in anything, got some in Asda for 18p per can in tomatoe sauce. Eating smoked fish in airtight packets, got one that has, Mackerel, Trout, and Salmon in it. Was nearly two pound but it would do two meals with salad. Had some fresh Salmon Fillet Burgers. Almost two pound, but one was enough for a meal, and it was nice.

Have some tins of Tuna in Brine and made me a whopping Tuna and pasta (semolina pasta, not egg) meal with one can with onions, garlic and tinned toms and herbs. Lovely. And very cheap too really.

I really could have frozen a portion, but pigged. Having Alpro milk instead of milk. I hear you can get dairy free Mayo which I am looking for next week. I got some nice dairy free ice cream, called Swedish Glace, £1.68 a tub in Sainsbury. Nice. I got the chocolate flavour. Mmm

I am having the time of my life here. Oh, got some non dairy spread called 'Pure' in Tesco and you can cook with it.

I cannot tell you how much I have improved, even my scaly old bottom is getting softer. It may just be me, but I am not really a cranky person. My husband, ever the sceptic, is 100% behind me, as he is seeing the results.

A miracle, well lets wait and see.

Bye Babe

I will survive.

Ok i would say if you wish to try the nutional supplemtn diet route you would get good reults from the following. This is after lots of research on forums, books, expwensive doctors etc.

Take:
Selnium ACE once a day on empty stomach in morning.
Take 2 to 3 Morepa TABLETS A DAY WITH FOOD
Take 1 SOLGAR 50MG ZINC tablet aday with evening meal

Diet
Sorry but wine does seem to irritate psoriasis from what ive read.
So does cheese and red meat cut them both out

Skin:
USE THE SANCTUARY BODY SCRUB ( A NEW BUT EFFECTIVE FIND FOR ME)
- AVAILABLE AT BOOTS (it stings whenyou put in on for first three or four days).
- Keep skinmoisturised withepaderm
- use dovonex on stubborn patches as it has very few side effects and little chance of rebound.

I believe nearly everyone would see improvement on this regime in 2 - 4 weeks.

Good advice Stewart but alternatively you could replace the Selenium Ace by eating 6 brazil nuts a day, probably cheaper in the long run.

What are Morepa tablets and where do you get them?

I've starting using Zinc and castor oil on my skin, it stings a bit too but I've noticed that it has softened up all the hard scaley bits and they are now peeling off leaving pink red skin underneath - not sure if that's good or not?

Take care.  Louise      8)

DOVONEX made my scalp worse so i cannot use that, the body scrub I used on my skin which is psoriasis free and it burnt and stung me something rotten even though I used the whole tub as i didnt want to waste my money but I cant use it, I prefer my salty baths and I also always wash with gloves (available from The Body Shop) that are rough to keep my skin silky smooth.

Where did you get all these tablets from?

the tablets are from 2 years of researchging what works and what doesnt by looking at forums and visting harley street doctors and talking to nutrionalists.
selenium ace is only £10 and lasts 3 months

morEPA is a very special omegz 3 supplement just two tablets is equaivalent tot the 10-20 you have to take of the holland and barret types. they also remove the heavy metals found in fish from pollution and they balance the epa to dha taio to make it work better. most omega 3 tablets out there are only 20% omega 3 the rest is fish fat.

Thanks Stewart_H   8)

Is the Boots variety of Selenium Ace the same?  I know there is a good health shop in 8) Edinburgh that sells Solgar vitamins.

Did you mean nutricentre.com  http://nutricentre.com/home.aspx
