loads of famous people drink thier own Peee, there was a program about it a while back on channel 4.
And if you ever do decide to pee on yourself the smell goes when it dry's.

apparently if you get stung by a jellyfish, the best way to get rid of the pain is to pee on it. (not the jellyfish, the sting). also, i heard that Noel Edmunds drinks his own pee, which explains alot.... i hate to think what he gets up to after the house party...

Vinegar is the best treatment for most jellyfish stings - The acid in the vinegar neutralises the stinging venom which is alkaline - That is the best treatment for the deadly Box Jellyfish sting.

I guess acidic urine may have a slight effect on a lesser sting than a Box Jellyfish - But I doubt it.

Ice is the best treatment for a Potegeuse Man O' War (Common bluebottle) sting.

I remeber an interview with Sharlene Spiterri (sp) from Texas - She said that she got stung by a jellyfish while shooting a video.
The cameraman refused to pee on her!

Urine is supposed to have a sort of neutralizing effect on any jellyfish stings isn't it? They wouldn't use it at a hospital, I think the point is that it can help and is better than nothing. Who the hell goes to the beach carrying bottles of vinegar? Urine is readily available, especially if you've been in the pub for a few before, which is the ideal excuse (just topping up the medical kit dear...)
