Vitamin D NAKED PICTURES!

A few months ago i realized i needed some before and after pics to convince people the merits of this treatment..

So i stopped the Barneys formula (vitaminD-ibuprofen), quit the diet and did everything i shouldn't...i developed the gout, a sinus infection, gained 12 lbs.....anything for science..

 On easter Sunday april 8, i ate my last half gallon of ice cream..(that's all i ate easter) and took the "before " pics

I started the whole formula (with 1400 iu of D total) on April 9th , the next day, along with a strict diet and about 4 hours of sun each week.
yesterday I took the "after" pics... so its been abut two weeks.

This change was in two weeks...on the whole formula..4 hours of sun a week...and i live on the Canadian border.so low sun levels and a .strict diet of fish,brown rice,veggie, oatmeal,butter a little milk, coffee, and anything i want once a week for one meal...i had pizza one meal and a burger the other..i should be clear in about  6 weeks..but then you can eat almost normal.

The marks  and plaques, which are smooth now,  will slowly fade and as the melanocytes migrate to the surface skin the color will blend and they completely disappear..

I'm not saying this will work for everyone or even most...but it will work for some...

thanks for sacrificing yourself like that to experiment. i dont know if i would do that myself. that takes some guts. 
i wish you clear in the speed of light.

side note: i am continuing to clear. i need to get more sun.due to where i live, it's very inconvenient. but i notice sun makes the healing 10 times faster.

Thats impressive indeed. I was never as bad as you but I continue to remain clear with this regime
