What I've been taking and how long-
Vitamin D3 x 2,400iu softgel x 1 a day - 3 months
Omega 3 pure fish oil x 1000mg soft gel x 1 a day - 6 months
Oil of peppermint x 200mg soft gel x 1 a day - 6 months
Milk Thistle x 150mg tablet x 1 a day - 1 month
Korean Ginseng x 500mg soft gel x 1 a day - 1 month
And soon to include Magnesium x 250mg x 1 a day?
and will start on the Ibuprofen too.
Started and stopped using Dovobet in May and had a bad outbreak of Guttate after, which still seems to be lingering. Coconut oil and moisterisor daily has been helping with the flaking, but as of yet, I cant shift the redness or the patches.
Been out in the sun for a few weeks in June/ early July without sun cream for sessions of half hour front, half hour back and was tanning ok on upper body and Guttate was fading, but leg spots not shifting and now a couple weeks without sun, and the spots are already returning fast and widespread on upper body

To be honest, I've not been noticing any difference from using these supplements, which is possibly unfair due to using Dovobet inbetween and think much of my problems are still lingering from that rebound, but will add the other 2 and see how things pan out. Any other advice greatly appreciated please.
