the question is what comes first , attitude or the diet?
When someone is in good mood , they eat healthy and are easily satisfied with the whole foods.
When someone is down they are looking for a quick addictive type pick me up processed foods or alcohol, caffeine etc...
But forcing yourself conciously to eat the good food may not be able to fix you up emotionally. In other words if you are
concious about food and always on a diet, then that person is trying to scapegoat and externalize their issues and making
sure to never fix their real issues
