Steelem, what's in your green smoothie? I have a very similar diet to you, but I am not having great results.
Breakfast: Alternate between multigrain cheerios with almond milk; rice/cinnamon chex with almond milk; oatmeal with cinnamon and xylitol; and on the weeked, I'll have scrambled eggs with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast. I'll also occasionally have a whole wheat bagel.
Lunch: I really don't eat lunch on the weekends except for a "jungle brew," which consists of lettuce, carrots, celery, lemon, and parsley. During the weekday, I have almond better and jelly on whole wheat bread or turkey with avocado a little honey mustard or tuna with gluten free crackers. On the side, it varies between carrots/hummus, celery/almond butter, Natural Applesauce, and fruits (pineapple, blueberries, mango, banana, strawberries). I also have a handful of almonds with lunch.
Dinner: I have a salad with dinner...usually carrots, cucumber, onions, and occasionally avocado. I have lemon and olive oil as the dressing. The main is always chicken, fish, or tuna. I'll have quinoa, brown rice, or sweet potato. The vegetable is broccoli, cauliflower, string beans, or brussel sprouts.
I do eat gluten...I tried a gluten free diet for 2 months and that didn't do anything. I never went dairy free, but right now, I have limited myself to dairy once a week...sometimes it's frozen yogurt with crushed almonds or some fat free cheese on my eggs.
I don't drink alcohol at all (only time I had alcohol in the last year was New Year's Eve). I do allow myself a cheat meal about once a month just to keep my sanity. I have never seen a reaction on my skin based on what I'm eating (i.e. scratchy having immediate redness on his forehead).
I'm not sure what to tweak. Maybe I need more greens with breakfast. I try not to eat fruit with breakfast since eating too much fruit isn't a good thing.
