would like to try Pagano
« on: January 07, 2011, 08:34:53 PM »
Hi everyone,

Just joined, have had psoriasis for 17 years, not really treated it - not itchy, not too red, people barely notice. However over time it has been spreading, to the point where I've got some on my feet, and it will keep spreading, and eventually it will hurt.
For those of you who have tried Pagano and had success after say 6 months, have you been able to keep up with the diet for up to a year let's say?
I would love to have a go but I know I don't last more than a day on a weight loss programme. I'm looking for support, is anybody planning to start on this diet soon. If so, can we "exchange notes"?

Thanks.
Corinne

Hi Corinne,

I was on pagano diet for 3 years with major improvement but no real clearing of lesions, which by the way, kept spreading because of lack of sleep/stress.

Pagano diet will make you feel very healthy but it is such a restrictive diet that you will eventually end up, like me, doing exceptions. There's so much good stuff out there to eat, that you might as well add the shakes (You are not allowed to view links. Now I'm on VitD3/ibu treatment and thanks to that it seems that now diet isn't so important as before.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Was very interested to read that lack of sleep could be a factor. Resolution for this year is to go to bed earlier than 11pm...
Did you do it by the book? The apple diet, the "unpleasant bit", then the diet.
How do you go about the 80% alkaline, 20% acidic, I can see this is difficult to gage without putting a lot of thought into what you're going to eat on the day.

Thanks.

Thks Steelem,
Had a look on amazon, looks very interesting.
Have you had good results yourself? Is it "more fun" than Pagano? Certainly looks it from the cover...;)
