ooooh you little rotter - I posted this to see if those people who are really good about following their diets did have Xmas dinner, and you had me worried there for a while!

Breaking a diet for a one-off treat is fine, as long as it is one-off.

Easy to get back on track afterwards.

Plus I have been clear of P pretty much for 2.7 years now, so I know my limits. I know how far I can push myself.

I have a roast dinner about three times a year these days, whereas it use to be every Sunday

If I ate what I ate on Xmas day - every day - I would no doubt flare up in no time.

As it is, I feel toxic and sick from my over indulgence, so in the end it was hardly a treat.

Previously I have juice fasted on Xmas Day, but this year I was sucked into the matrix and lost the plot!

For the last few years I have “celebrated” New Years Eve with a carrot juice and an early bedtime. Last year I was asleep by 7.30pm.

But it is great to wake up sober on New Years Day.

Since changing my diet, my tolerance to alcohol has decreased significantly.

I am now a One Pot Screamer.........may not be fashionable, but at least it is cheap  ;D

I don't suffer from insanity....I enjoy every minute of it!
