How many pills do you take??

I have just picked up my prescription and am  and  to realise that my weekly pill popping is a staggerig 65 pills a week, that's 260 a month,  3120 a year!!

I think it's time to talk to my rheumy again, this is not good

I must clear up that it's not all to do with my PA, although that is a fair chunk of them. I have to take HRT and antipressants on top.

All in all I take 15 a day, excluding the 10 MTX once a week. Thats 'er 115 a week. Then there is Morphine 3x 5ml per day and a morphine patch 1x 10uG per week and thats excluding other pain tabs I throw in at random.

]Know how you feel I'm on 8 a day so thats a total of 2912 again not all to do with p and pa
but that doesnt include painkillers which can be up to another 8 a day 
not good when you add it up over the year

I beat you both! Min 10 max 18 not including mtx so average 120 tabs a week thats 6292 a year!!!!!!!!! One of those is antidepressant. Lets hope the anti tnfs can bring that down.

Other half always jokes when we go away I need a separate suitcase for all my drugs and creams

I would be fairly confident anti-tnf treatment will bring that down Smose, it did for me. I don't take anything  on a regular basis now other than omega 3's in the morn and mabey a diffene now and again, before Humira had a big long pill box lined up for the week. Still on MTX but might drop it if rheumy says I can.

FF - so far signs are good hands where noticably better last week and blood results from test taken friday are showing drop in imfalm markers although today I feel rather achey again.
