I recently read something that stated there is a strong link to nail psoriasis and the development of psoriatic arthritis. I had joint pain for more than a year and accepted my doctor's diagnosis of osteoarthritis, but it was when the fatigue became extreme that I pushed for a referral to a rheumatologist. My specialist tells me that we tend to get used to the fatigue until it becomes debilitating and that we use up a lot of energy just dealing with the chronic pain. I agree with the other replies and strongly urge you to see a rheumatologist. If you were having heart problems, you would see a heart specialist, wouldn't you?
