Mine are like this right now John Boy Im blaming the ever changing weather we are having right now my NSAID is like taking sugar right now.......may go back to my gp.

was out in the park today with my son and paying for it now
hands lower back shoulders neck legs etc all playing up finding it hard to lie down and sleep from the pain
have taken extra meds so give it a short while and this will 3rd time to try and sleep

if any one out there that can send some nice hot sunshine over would appreciate it now :) :)

Me included. I am in agony with joint pains. Trying hard not to get depressed as I really dont need another problem in my life.

Listen to:                                 First part of that show - talk by Prof Luke O'Neill Institute of Molecular
                                              Meds at Trinity College Dublin.
He explains arthritis in terms of the body's immune system attacking itself .. and has tested a drug on live human tissue (grown in lab - from deceased who had arthritis, hip replacement, etc) and found positive results - i.e. does not cause any unpleasant side effects whilst killing the faulty gene/  what he calls toll2.

While the talk is about rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory diseases, its basically the same concept.

right hand not good today ended up like bird claw took about 2 to 3 mins to straighten up
left hand one finger very sore just the bone and not the joint will have to find that WD 40 again
also left side off neck like before playing up all over weekend not nice when going to bed

last couple of week has been hard on the joints

to night thought knees where going to give way

but no swelling in knees any one else get this loads of pain but no swelling

hands/back/neck etc are to very painful too

also very tired too

JB full of meds  :-[
