Might hurt a bit, but it'S peanuts to pa pain and over after max. 10 seconds.

I was told it'd be less painful when humira is taken out of the fridge 15 mins before injection, but it really burns for me. I'm fine and don't feel a thing when I inject directly out of the fridge ;) (Asked at the Abbot Hotline and they said for most folks it'S better a bit warmer, but a small percentag - apparently including me - is having less trouble with the cold injection).

Don't worry about it, don't be scared. After the first injection I felt nothing, it took 24 hours and my pa started going away. I looooove that drug ;)

Hey - I'm starting on Humira tomorrow. Hope it goes well.

I'm so nervous about having some kind of immediate reaction to it, though.

I'll let you know what occurs.

All painful fingers crossed.

Hi
I had my first injection last Sunday it only hurt slightly and over in seconds. I had no site reaction (hope that continues). Already P is clearing and I can bend my fingers for first time in ages without pain.

                 GOOD LUCK

Hiya.

You will be fine with the injection the nurse done it for my boyfriend once, now he dose it all himself every two weeks.  he injects into his tummy over and done with less then 1 minute.

The only downside for him he has not found it has helped with his PA, which is a real shame he is also on methotrexate 20mg.

takes around 12 weeks to kick in and see a Major difference
mine worked for awhile then had to inject weekly

thought 10mg MTX was max dose when on humira?
